What is the Exchange Internship Program?
It's called an Exchange Internship because what we are exchanging are our services. What this means is that for every hour of your time that you give of service to me, you will get the same amount of time of service from me.

Is This For Me?
Most of the time when we hear the term internship we think of college students fulfilling a requirement off of a checklist. If that is the case, please move on. This is not for you. There is no age range. All are welcome.
I am looking for people who I can pour into, not just get some work from. I get a huge thrill out of bringing others to their next level. I can offer:
- Business Coaching
- Personal Coaching
- Sewing or Designing Lessons

What Skills Are Needed Right Now?
- Sewing Assistant
- Assist with hand sewing, steaming of dresses, fittings, tabling events, and other sewing business activities
- Digital Assistant
- Creating and/or editing video and/or photography
- Marketing Assistant
- Creating marketing
- Assisting with social media content
- Marketing ideas/strategies
- Editor Assistant
- Proofreading/Editing content
- MindShifter Assistant
- Assisting with workshops, presentations, and other MindShifter activities
