Who We’re Looking For

MindShift Power Podcast is a curated platform—not a traditional interview show. We are the only international podcast that puts the minds of youth first.

We prioritize voices that reflect the world teens are growing into, not the one their parents grew up in.
Authenticity, lived experience, and cultural relevance matter more than credentials.

We welcome all backgrounds—but we don’t platform repetition.

If someone’s message could be swapped with a thousand other “experts,” they’re not a MindShift guest. If you can’t authentically connect with, relate to, or understand the mindset of someone under 25, this is not your platform. We exist to bridge generations — not to repeat the past.

We feature guests who embody one or more of the following:

• Youth-Focused Changemakers: People whose work directly impacts the mindset, wellbeing, or future of young people around the world.
• Innovators and Culture Shifters: Founders, creators, educators, and social entrepreneurs building change with intention and heart.
• Humans with Powerful Journeys: Individuals who have turned pain into purpose and can share the real lessons behind resilience.
• Unconventional Path-Builders: Those who’ve succeeded outside traditional systems and can share the practical steps that made it possible.
• Teens with Truth: Young voices who speak with clarity, vulnerability, and honesty about the world they’re navigating.

We’re here for the real story—the wins, the breakdowns, and the rebuilds that turn experience into wisdom.

Your voice matters here. Not the “perfect” version. Not the filtered version. The real you.

If you’re a teen with something to say about your life, your school, your mental health, your culture, your dreams, your fears, what you wish adults understood, or the world you're growing up in — MindShift Power Podcast wants to hear from you.

• You don’t have to already be a speaker — and if you are, you’re welcome too. Whether this is your first time sharing your story or you’ve spoken on stages before, this space is for real voices, not perfect performances.
• You don’t need a résumé.
• You don’t need awards.
• You don’t need to have everything figured out.
• What you do need is honesty.

Our audience deserves authenticity, not performance. We are generally not a fit for:

• Guests whose message isn’t directly tied to the realities or future of today’s youth.
• Anyone who prefers to talk at young minds instead of thinking with them.
• “Positive vibes only” voices that avoid the real, messy, human parts of growth.
• Guests whose main focus is product promotion, lead generation, or book sales.
• Those who rely solely on academic theory or jargon without lived experience or tangible application.
