Schedule Pre-Call
We offer this optional 30-minute chat to help you prepare for our interview, separate from the recording. It's a perfect time to ask any questions you have and for us to get to know each other a little before we record. We want you to feel confident and comfortable.
This step is not required. If you are already comfortable and prepared, please feel free to skip this and move directly to Step 4.
To ensure a smooth and impactful conversation, here is what you can expect on recording day:
- I will come prepared with a clear focus and guiding questions tailored to your episode.
- We will not jump straight into recording. We will spend the first few minutes of our scheduled time chatting off-the-record to align on our direction and make sure you feel comfortable, if you did not have a Pre-Call.
- This pre-chat ensures we are ready to create the best possible episode for our global audience.

Your Technical Setup
- ✓ Device: You can join from a computer (recommended) or a phone/tablet. Please note: Using a phone or tablet requires you to download the free Riverside.fm app beforehand.
- ✓ Headphones & Microphone: Headphones are essential to prevent echo. Even the basic earbuds with a built-in mic that come with your phone will work perfectly.
- ✓ A Quiet Space: Please choose a private room where you won't be interrupted. This helps ensure your powerful message is heard clearly.
- ✓ Technical Concerns? If this technical setup is a challenge for you due to limited access to a computer or stable internet, please simply reply to my email. We will work together to find a solution that works for you.

What to Expect During the Session
- Video for Connection, Audio for Podcast: We will use video so we can connect face-to-face, but only the audio is recorded for the final episode. Please feel free to dress comfortably.
- Using an Alias: If you are using an alias for anonymity, please remember to enter that name when you join the Riverside studio.
